Carpegna

It is located at 748m in the Montefeltro on the southern foothills of the mountain with the same name; the town was so called by the inhabitants. Livestock farming and trout breeding are important in this area. This is a place for both summer and winter holidays. Particularly interesting to visit are the Lords’ Palace (XVII century) and San Sisto church with its Romanesque crypt.
