At 3,5 km from the heart of Urbino a restaurant whose aim is to increase the value of typical quality products our lands.
We wish to give a particular focus on a kind of cooking named "al coccio" and the combination of land-sea products, as the typical "Rossiniani" dishes, that use the incomparable truffle and some other gastronomic elaborations. Besides our specialities we offer two different "menus of the day", prepared with local natural products and the so-called in italian "a km 0" process. During the weekend and in agreeded periods of time we organize training courses for the cooking "al coccio". The courses will take place in the contiguous "Residenza Comei".
