The farmhouse has been completely renovated in 2004 using green building techniques that have finely respected the architectural features of the old building.
The floor covering is made of wood and tiles, was built with natural ventilation (ventilated roof) for summer comfort of housing units in the attic, thus avoiding the use of unhealthy and environmentally sustainable air conditioners. Particular attention was paid to the choice of materials. E 'was used chestnut wood for the reconstruction of the structural elements of the floors, lintels, the porch treated with impregnating completely natural (beeswax, linseed oil). All the floors are in cotto recovered.
Tennis, fishing and running and cycle paths are available in the area. The covered public swimming pool is in Grottammare 13 km away. Horse-riding school at 3 km. There is a wide choice of cheap and good restaurants close by and the agriturismo has an agreement with a local seaside chalet where umbrellas can be hired and where food is served in the summer. Close to Cossignano (2 km) are facilities including a bank, post office, chemist, food shops, a butcher, restaurants and an organic bakery.
