The holidayhome SOTTO LA QUERCIA consists of three apartments:
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with box shower, air conditioning and Tv.
Nadine and Peter were arrived in Italy in 2009, decided to stop here and living in the Marche between our beautiful hills and fallen in love with this old farmhouse, so they decided to put in the new building it directly over the original foundations of the old house.
Today SOTTO LA QUERCIA is a modern holiday home equipped and able to make you enjoy your holiday in complete relaxation. The sea is only 10 minutes by car, but for those who love the peace of the hills, a beautiful swimming pool will frame the hot summer days marked only by "crak-crack" of the cicadas.
From here you can easily reach the most beautiful cities of the Marche Region like Urbino Macerata Recanati Pesaro but also unspoiled natural places like Red Gorge or Furlo Gorge and beautiful views of the Marche as the San Bartolo Park and the Conero Riviera.
