The B & B Dolcedimora, a small family-run business located in the sweet Marche.
The valley overlooked by our house is very open, enjoy a breathtaking panorama that stretches towards the sea to the Conero and offers daily fantastic sunsets.
The surrounding countryside, very accurate, always show a landscape filled with beautiful views in every season. We are far from main roads (the entrance leading to the house is on a road that you can walk for miles with hardly meet car) but at the same time just a few kilometers from Macerata, Recanati and several medieval villages awarded the Flag Orange and inserted in the circuit of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
Perfectly placed in this context, is the manor house of the end '800, completely renovated in 2014 respecting the original architecture. We own a small agricultural enterprise that produces vegetables and forage without the use of pesticides and herbicides, according to the strictest standards of the Organic.
For this reason also, the materials used in the restoration process of the structure, were selected in order to maintain the highest standard of living but also the health of the indoor environment. Were not employed chemicals, but raw material of natural origin such as clay, lime and untreated wood. The result is a building in energy class A and no VOC emissions.
The style with which they were made the interior wanted to combine respect for nature and the "good taste". The four comfortable rooms, all different, see predominate soothing pastel shades of lime and natural pigments, and a romantic style decor "Country Chic" all strictly FSC.
